We know from experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost data and undesirable network downtime. That is why we will do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly trained administrators whose main responsibility is to make certain that your site performs exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon well–known web applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, since there are a lot of variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to move your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (if the website content is not very large).

A: We will require the login information for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

In essence, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
