E-mail Forwarding in Website Hosting

This can be achieved either when you make a new email address using your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, or whenever you want in the future as the forwarding may be enabled and deactivated for every current mailbox with only a couple of clicks. It is also possible to choose if a backup of the inbound e-mails will be kept on our servers, a pretty useful option. This can be a fail-safe in case that the remote mailbox is not accessible for whatever cause, not mentioning that you'll always have a copy of all e-mails. If this option is not activated for a specific e-mail address on our end, an inbound message will be received and sent forward, so absolutely no record of it will stay on the server. This can be done from the Emails part of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to keep an eye on the email addresses which are being forwarded and where the emails will be sent with a glance. The option is activated and deactivated for any of the mailboxes inside your account. You can also activate or deactivate a valuable option that we offer - a backup of the emails being relayed through our servers can stay on the server. By doing this, you'll also have a copy of your incoming email messages and you will not need to concern yourself with loss of any information. If you keep this option deactivated, you risk losing emails when there is an issue with the remote mailbox.
