Administration Services in VPS Servers
Our optional services can be added to all of the VPS servers plans we offer and we can do a wide range of things to assist you so that you won't have to take care of them. Our system admins will keep the hosting server OS up-to-date regardless of which of the available OSs you have chosen during the registration procedure. They will keep close track of the virtual private server 24/7 and shall reboot it if an issue appears. They will also aid you set up server-side software or carry out other custom tasks which you require. What’s more, they'll set up backups on a weekly basis to ensure that just in case you delete something by accident or if some files get damaged, they can be restored. You can order all these services simultaneously or you can add them to your VPS plan separately, based upon what things you need to do yourself and what things you wish to leave to us.
Administration Services in Dedicated Servers
You can take advantage of our administration services anytime. You can add them to your dedicated server either during the signup process or later via your billing CP. This will not take more than a few mouse clicks and you'll be able to decide on the tasks which our administrator team will deal with. They can keep a weekly backup of your content and restore it anytime if necessary; they are able to keep track of and restart the dedicated server if some software issue shows up; they can update the Operating System running on the hosting server on a weekly basis to make certain that there aren't any security holes and that your files are protected; and last, but not least, they could handle anything else you choose, like third-party software installation procedures and troubleshooting tasks. You can decide if you want to use all these services or only a few of them and for what length of time, based on your experience and on the amount of time you can spend managing server administration procedures.
